Francine Gorman is a writer, editor, content producer and music consultant based in London. Having trained as a music journalist at Paris-based magazine Les Inrockuptibles, she went on to work as the features editor at new music website The Line of Best Fit, and as a content manager at music video platform Vevo.
Since 2013, Francine has worked predominantly in Nordic music, focusing strongly on their digital and export sectors. She is the project manager of the Ja Ja Ja Nordic showcase series in London and Berlin, as well as being the editor of Ja Ja Ja’s new Nordic music website and playlisting strand.
Alongside her editorial roles, Francine runs her own consultancy company, working with the PRS Foundation’s Keychange project, as well as Deezer Nordics. Other than that, she can be found writing short stories, DJing, sitting on planes and trains, and travelling up and down the country to watch her beloved Huddersfield Town FC.
