ROEL PUIJK

Roel Puijk is professor emeritus at Høgskolen i Innlandet. Trained social anthropologist, has worked mostly with TV and cultural production. He has written about TV production (including factual programmes, multimedia production and slow-motion TV in NRK), production and reception of the opening ceremony at the 1994 Olympics, local TV and youth culture. He was the initiator of the college's study in cultural project management, where he also taught and was study leader. During the Covid pandemic, he conducted a study of how smaller festivals adapted to the infection control restrictions and used digitization to convey festival content.
