SIMEN FJELD

Simen has worked at Sony Music for 15 years, of which the last 5 years as an analyst. There he is involved in everything from strategic work to day-to-day project decisions based on data. He has a Management Science degree with industrial mathematics and statistics as a major from the University of Stirling, and has previous experience from Market Analysis in Visendi and Network Analysis in Microsoft. In addition, Simen has over 20 years' experience as a musician and producer. Last 10 years as an artist under the alias Simon Field, with, among other things, 150M streams on Spotify. As a producer and songwriter of over 300 releases, he has solid insight into all parts of the creative process. As a DJ, he has played countless jobs at prestigious places such as Ministry of Sound (UK) and many large UK festivals to Mambo Ibiza (Spain)
